Our projects range from constructing and installing structural, insulated strawbale panels, to performing comprehensive renovations, all aimed at promoting environmental stewardship and community well-being.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including:

• Fabricating and installing structural, insulated strawbale panels

• Participating in finish work for new constructions and renovations

• Collaborating with a team committed to sustainable and ethical building practices 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and installation of strawbale panels

• Support finish carpentry and other light construction tasks under supervision

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Adhere to company safety protocols and building codes

• Engage in continuous learning and skill development  

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Basic experience with hand and power tools

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to punctuality and reliability  

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Physical ability to perform manual labor

• Respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives
