These cozy semi-customizable cottages are the perect size for a one bedroom accessory dwelling unit or cabin. We offer different levels of packages from walls-only to finished. Common exterior sidings include natural lime plaster, T-11 wood sheets, or if you really want... even vinyl siding. Foundations can be deep contact posts or thermal performance slab.

We are in the Seed Network with New Frameworks and can build any of their designs they have and will soon have more to add to that such as a 22x60 duplex. Curently our designs are as follows; Casitas are 400 sq ft, the middle one is 600 sq/ft, Terras 900 sq-ft. These have been designed to have high quality air hygiene, superior air rightness, building performance grade detailing, cost effective,  and calculated to sequester 1/2 to 1 metric tons of carbon with each build.
